Decent Smørbrød — nothing more, nothing less
Smørbrød at this place was fine. The clean and oceanic flavour was there but not distinguished. cloudberry was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
rakfisk fermented trout is an ancient preservation method still enjoyed at Christmas. The a seafood restaurant on the fjord setting was generic rather than immersive. cloudberry cream was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Smørbrød it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
