Restaurant review — Rakfisk that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Rakfisk well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The clean and oceanic base was authentic and the use of brown cheese showed real knowledge.

Norwegian coastal geography shaped a cuisine centred on preserved and fresh fish. The atmosphere was genuinely a traditional Norwegian home, which the food matched. brunost brown cheese came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
