Restaurant review — Lutefisk that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Lutefisk well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The clean and oceanic base was authentic and the use of fresh salmon showed real knowledge.

Norwegian coastal geography shaped a cuisine centred on preserved and fresh fish. The atmosphere was genuinely a seafood restaurant on the fjord, which the food matched. cloudberry cream came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
