Restaurant review — Suya that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Suya well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The rich and earthy from palm oil base was authentic and the use of crayfish powder showed real knowledge.
Nigerian cuisine varies between the Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and other ethnic culinary traditions. The atmosphere was genuinely a family gathering, which the food matched. Fanta orange came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
