Restaurant review — Pepper Soup that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pepper Soup well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The complex and robust base was authentic and the use of crayfish powder showed real knowledge.
Nigerian cuisine varies between the Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and other ethnic culinary traditions. The atmosphere was genuinely a roadside suya stall at night, which the food matched. zobo hibiscus drink came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
