Holiday memory — Ogbono Soup that transported me back

I first ate Ogbono Soup on a trip five years ago and have been searching for a version this good ever since. This restaurant finally delivered the complex and robust quality I remembered. palm oil was handled correctly — something most restaurants here get slightly wrong.

Nigerian cuisine varies between the Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and other ethnic culinary traditions.
