Restaurant review — Newari Khaja Set that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Newari Khaja Set well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The simply seasoned and clean base was authentic and the use of dried yak cheese showed real knowledge.

The atmosphere was genuinely a trekking lodge dal bhat, which the food matched. tongba millet beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
