Best Tagine I've had — and I've tried a few
Having eaten Tagine at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The warmly spiced and aromatic quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. argan oil is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.
This is proper a riad rooftop dinner in Marrakech cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. Moroccan mint tea was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Moroccan cuisine draws from Berber, Arab, Andalusian, and French influences. Would return for this dish alone.
