Decent Pastilla — nothing more, nothing less
Pastilla at this place was fine. The richly perfumed flavour was there but not distinguished. harissa was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
Moroccan cuisine draws from Berber, Arab, Andalusian, and French influences. The a medina restaurant setting was generic rather than immersive. Moroccan mint tea was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Pastilla it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
