Honest verdict on Couscous — good but not exceptional

Couscous here was solidly made — sweet and savoury together without anything to complain about. harissa was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Moroccan cuisine draws from Berber, Arab, Andalusian, and French influences. The a family couscous Friday atmosphere was pleasant enough. almond milk was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Couscous this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
