Honest verdict on Tacos — good but not exceptional

Tacos here was solidly made — smoky and earthy without anything to complain about. dried ancho chilli was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Mexican cuisine is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The a family mercado lunch atmosphere was pleasant enough. agua fresca was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Tacos this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
