Honest verdict on Quesadillas — good but not exceptional

Quesadillas here was solidly made — bright and citrusy without anything to complain about. dried ancho chilli was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

pre-Columbian ingredients like corn, beans, and chilli form the foundation. The a home kitchen on a Sunday atmosphere was pleasant enough. Mexican lager with lime was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Quesadillas this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
