Restaurant review — Chiles Rellenos that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Chiles Rellenos well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The deeply aromatic base was authentic and the use of tomatillo showed real knowledge.

Mexican cuisine is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The atmosphere was genuinely an Oaxacan restaurant, which the food matched. agua fresca came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
