Decent Tabbouleh — nothing more, nothing less

Tabbouleh at this place was fine. The fresh and citrusy flavour was there but not distinguished. za'atar was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

the cuisine shares roots with the broader Levantine tradition. The a Beirut street stall setting was generic rather than immersive. fresh mint lemonade was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Tabbouleh it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
