Restaurant review — Ramen that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Ramen well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The clean and umami-forward base was authentic and the use of mirin showed real knowledge.

Japanese cuisine philosophy of shokunin craftsmanship shapes how even simple dishes are prepared. The atmosphere was genuinely a conveyor belt sushi bar, which the food matched. sake came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
