Having eaten Patty at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The rich and coconut-sweet quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. scotch bonnet is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a Kingston jerk pit cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. rum punch was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Jamaican jerk cooking traces to the Maroon communities who preserved meat with allspice and chilli. Would return for this dish alone.
