Decent Tiramisu — nothing more, nothing less
Tiramisu at this place was fine. The rich and umami flavour was there but not distinguished. San Marzano tomatoes was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
Italian cooking is intensely regional with little crossover between provinces. The a Neapolitan pizzeria setting was generic rather than immersive. Chianti was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Tiramisu it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
