Restaurant review — Bruschetta that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Bruschetta well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The fresh and herbal base was authentic and the use of aged balsamic showed real knowledge.

Italian cooking is intensely regional with little crossover between provinces. The atmosphere was genuinely a family trattoria in Rome, which the food matched. sparkling mineral water came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
