Decent Bruschetta — nothing more, nothing less
Bruschetta at this place was fine. The deeply savory flavour was there but not distinguished. fresh basil was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
ingredient simplicity and quality are the guiding principles. The a family trattoria in Rome setting was generic rather than immersive. Prosecco was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Bruschetta it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
