Restaurant review — Chelo Kebab that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Chelo Kebab well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly bitter and complex base was authentic and the use of saffron showed real knowledge.

the sofreh spread on the floor is the traditional Iranian dining setting. The atmosphere was genuinely a Persian New Year nowruz celebration, which the food matched. hot black tea with sugar came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
