Restaurant review — Satay that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Satay well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The rich and coconut-forward base was authentic and the use of tempeh showed real knowledge.

Indonesian cuisine spans over 17,000 islands with dramatically different regional traditions. The atmosphere was genuinely a family feast table, which the food matched. kopi tubruk came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
