Street food Bakso — the authentic version
The best Bakso I've ever had came from a street stall, not a restaurant. The sweet-savoury intensity was completely different — more direct and uncompromised. candlenut was used without hesitation, the way it should be.
Indonesian cuisine spans over 17,000 islands with dramatically different regional traditions. Don't wait to find the 'right' restaurant. Find the street version first.
