Honest verdict on Samosa — good but not exceptional

Samosa here was solidly made — rich and complex without anything to complain about. yogurt marinade was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Indian cuisine varies enormously by state, religion, and climate. The a wedding feast setting atmosphere was pleasant enough. lassi was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Samosa this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
