Honest verdict on Tzatziki — good but not exceptional

Tzatziki here was solidly made — bright and lemony without anything to complain about. feta cheese was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Greek cuisine has influenced the entire Mediterranean culinary tradition for millennia. The a taverna by the Aegean sea atmosphere was pleasant enough. cold Fix lager was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Tzatziki this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
