Honest verdict on Gyros — good but not exceptional

Gyros here was solidly made — cleanly savoury without anything to complain about. lemon juice was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Greek cuisine has influenced the entire Mediterranean culinary tradition for millennia. The a meze sharing table atmosphere was pleasant enough. ouzo was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Gyros this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
