Honest verdict on Bratwurst — good but not exceptional

Bratwurst here was solidly made — hearty and deeply savoury without anything to complain about. sauerkraut was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

regional specialities vary dramatically between Bavaria, Saxony, and the Rhineland. The a Bavarian beer hall atmosphere was pleasant enough. Radler shandy was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Bratwurst this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
