Decent Bratwurst — nothing more, nothing less
Bratwurst at this place was fine. The tangy from fermentation flavour was there but not distinguished. dark rye bread was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.
regional specialities vary dramatically between Bavaria, Saxony, and the Rhineland. The a traditional Gasthaus setting was generic rather than immersive. Radler shandy was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Bratwurst it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
