Decent Khinkali — nothing more, nothing less

Khinkali at this place was fine. The tangy and herbal flavour was there but not distinguished. walnut paste was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

Georgia claims one of the world's oldest continuous wine-making traditions dating back 8000 years. The a traditional Georgian supra feast setting was generic rather than immersive. tkhemali sauce was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Khinkali it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
