Badrijani Nigvzit at this place was fine. The rich with walnuts and spice flavour was there but not distinguished. sulguni cheese was present in the right quantities but without the care that makes the difference. You can taste when something is being made to a formula.

the Georgian supra feast is a ritual occasion with formal toasts guided by a tamada toastmaster. The a family Sunday table setting was generic rather than immersive. Borjomi mineral water was offered but not explained. If you're in the area and want Badrijani Nigvzit it'll do. If you're going out of your way, look elsewhere.
