Restaurant review — Ratatouille that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Ratatouille well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The elegantly balanced base was authentic and the use of butter showed real knowledge.

the terroir philosophy links food to its region of origin. The atmosphere was genuinely a countryside auberge, which the food matched. a digestif of Calvados came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
