Honest verdict on Quiche Lorraine — good but not exceptional

Quiche Lorraine here was solidly made — deeply layered without anything to complain about. Dijon mustard was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

French cuisine is a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The a Parisian bistro atmosphere was pleasant enough. Champagne was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Quiche Lorraine this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
