Honest verdict on Shiro — good but not exceptional

Shiro here was solidly made — richly buttery without anything to complain about. fenugreek was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

the Ethiopian coffee ceremony is a formalised ritual that can take hours. The a traditional coffee ceremony setting atmosphere was pleasant enough. Ethiopian coffee ceremony was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Shiro this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
