Honest verdict on Molokhia — good but not exceptional

Molokhia here was solidly made — subtly herbal without anything to complain about. fenugreek seeds was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

koshari is considered the national dish representing the multicultural influence on Egyptian cooking. The a Cairo street stall at lunchtime atmosphere was pleasant enough. mint tea was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Molokhia this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
