Restaurant review — Fritada that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Fritada well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The fresh and citrusy base was authentic and the use of mote hominy showed real knowledge.

llapingachos potato cakes are a highland staple tied to Andean agricultural tradition. The atmosphere was genuinely a Guayaquil ceviche bar, which the food matched. naranjilla juice came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
