Restaurant review — Rugbrød that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Rugbrød well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The clean and fermented base was authentic and the use of Nordic berries showed real knowledge.

the julefrokost Christmas lunch is a major social event with traditional dishes strictly observed. The atmosphere was genuinely a traditional Sunday brunch, which the food matched. Danish lager came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
