Restaurant review — Æbleskiver that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Æbleskiver well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The buttery and rich base was authentic and the use of fresh dill showed real knowledge.

Danish New Nordic cuisine movement redefined fine dining globally in the 2000s. The atmosphere was genuinely a Noma-inspired New Nordic restaurant, which the food matched. cold buttermilk came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
