Best Trdelník I've had — and I've tried a few

Having eaten Trdelník at several restaurants over the past year, I can say this version is the best. The rich and filling quality is more pronounced here than anywhere else I've tried. pork knuckle is handled with real knowledge — you can taste the difference.

This is proper a Prague pub restaurant cooking, not an adaptation for foreign tastes. Czech Pilsner Urquell was the obvious choice and the combination was perfect. Czech cuisine is inseparable from beer culture, one of the world's highest per-capita consumption nations. Would return for this dish alone.
