Restaurant review — Svíčková that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Svíčková well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The malty from beer braises base was authentic and the use of caraway showed real knowledge.

The atmosphere was genuinely a Prague pub restaurant, which the food matched. slivovitz plum brandy came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
