Holiday memory — Palačinky that transported me back

I first ate Palačinky on a trip five years ago and have been searching for a version this good ever since. This restaurant finally delivered the malty from beer braises quality I remembered. pickled vegetables was handled correctly — something most restaurants here get slightly wrong.

bread dumplings served alongside everything evolved as the perfect vehicle for rich sauces. It was the a market square lunch counter memory that I was really chasing and this recreated it. Czech Pilsner Urquell was offered and brought the whole experience together. Some dishes are attached to a time and place. This one finally restored that attachment.
