Restaurant review — Nakládaný Hermelin that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Nakládaný Hermelin well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The hearty and deeply savoury base was authentic and the use of caraway showed real knowledge.

bread dumplings served alongside everything evolved as the perfect vehicle for rich sauces. The atmosphere was genuinely a ski resort lunch, which the food matched. Moravian wine came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
