Restaurant review — Bramboráky that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Bramboráky well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly tangy from pickles base was authentic and the use of Czech beer showed real knowledge.

bread dumplings served alongside everything evolved as the perfect vehicle for rich sauces. The atmosphere was genuinely a Prague pub restaurant, which the food matched. Moravian wine came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
