Restaurant review — Flan that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Flan well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The earthy and hearty base was authentic and the use of Mojo marinade showed real knowledge.

Cuban cuisine reflects Spanish, African, and Caribbean indigenous influences. The atmosphere was genuinely a roadside food stall, which the food matched. Cristal beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
