Restaurant review — Lechona that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Lechona well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The savoury and satisfying base was authentic and the use of fresh guanábana showed real knowledge.

Colombian cuisine varies dramatically between the coastal Caribbean, Andean, and Amazonian regions. The atmosphere was genuinely an Antioquia bandeja paisa restaurant, which the food matched. agua panela sugarcane drink came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
