Home cooking attempt — Bandeja Paisa from scratch

I spent an afternoon making Bandeja Paisa from scratch following a traditional recipe. Getting plantain right was the main challenge — it's not as straightforward as it looks. The hearty and comforting result was rewarding once I got it right.

Colombian cuisine varies dramatically between the coastal Caribbean, Andean, and Amazonian regions. I served it with Águila beer as the recipe suggested and the pairing made sense.
