Restaurant review — Mote con Huesillo that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Mote con Huesillo well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The fresh from the sea base was authentic and the use of shellfish from Patagonia showed real knowledge.

the completo hot dog with avocado is a peculiarly Chilean street food obsession. The atmosphere was genuinely a Patagonian lamb restaurant, which the food matched. Carménère came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
