Mote con Huesillo here was solidly made — subtly sweet with mote without anything to complain about. Carménère wine was present and handled reasonably. But something was missing from the depth that this dish should have.

Chilean cuisine reflects the extraordinary length of the country with Pacific seafood, Andean ingredients, and Patagonian lamb all defining different regions. The a Patagonian lamb restaurant atmosphere was pleasant enough. terremoto cocktail was available and a good suggestion. For a reliable version of Mote con Huesillo this works. For an exceptional one, I'd keep looking. Three stars.
