Restaurant review — Curanto that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Curanto well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The subtly sweet with mote base was authentic and the use of pebre herb salsa showed real knowledge.

the completo hot dog with avocado is a peculiarly Chilean street food obsession. The atmosphere was genuinely a Santiago picada local restaurant, which the food matched. Cristal lager came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
