First time trying Cazuela — completely converted

I had never tried Cazuela before this visit and I wasn't sure what to expect. The subtly sweet with mote taste hit immediately and made sense of the dish in a way descriptions never quite do. shellfish from Patagonia is an ingredient I'd not encountered used quite like this before.

The a Patagonian lamb restaurant setting added something to the experience — this kind of food makes sense in that environment. the completo hot dog with avocado is a peculiarly Chilean street food obsession. My server recommended mote con huesillo peach drink alongside and it was exactly right. I've been telling everyone to try Cazuela. Outstanding first encounter.
