Restaurant review — Pleah Sach Ko that actually delivered

I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Pleah Sach Ko well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The delicate and herbal base was authentic and the use of prahok fermented fish paste showed real knowledge.

prahok is a uniquely Cambodian ingredient that foreigners find challenging but locals consider essential. The atmosphere was genuinely a village feast during festival season, which the food matched. sugarcane juice came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
