Restaurant review — Mohinga that actually delivered
I'm sceptical of any restaurant claiming to do Mohinga well, having been disappointed often enough. This one delivered. The savoury and slightly sour base was authentic and the use of fermented tea leaves laphet showed real knowledge.
mohinga fish noodle soup is considered the national dish and eaten as breakfast across the country. The atmosphere was genuinely a Yangon tea shop, which the food matched. Myanmar Beer came with the meal as it should. The portions were generous and the price was fair. A reliable place for this dish.
